The par 71 Yuma Desert Golf Club course is a perfect one for the amateur golfers out there. It is reasonably short at 6,505 yards and has fairly flat greens yet is a lot of fun to play with many interesting holes. The hazards are not challenging in their placement but do make you think about your shots because if you find one you are liable to drops shots. The approach shot into the 18th green right in front of the clubhouse is invariably a highlight.
