As I said last week, this week was all about getting the builds ready for Sony and Microsoft. We hope to have them pushed over to them today and push the PC build out next week sometime.

Getting the builds ready is quite an amount of work on top of just creating the features and putting them in the game, especially now that the process has been tightened up a little to try and minimise silly bugs that sometimes creep in.

Joe, our Head of QA, gets a build 3 or 4 days before we want to send it to Sony and Microsoft. He has this huge checklist that he passes on to Owen and the rest of his team that they go through on each platform and make sure each little bit works as intended. It does mean that the turnaround time is a little slower than before but that is outweighed by hopefully having a cleaner build once it’s released.

These two seasons should add a little more to the season mode for those who have completed it already. I’m going to try and add two or three more with each update we do.
